Customer Concierge

Job overview

The Customer Concierge role is onsite in Springfield, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Pay is $45,000–$55,000 per year. Everest Home Improvement serves the Northern Virginia home renovation and remodeling community. The role exists to keep homeowners informed and supported throughout remodeling projects. It coordinates communication among customers, project managers, production teams, subcontractors, and vendors so project updates, appointments, and concerns are handled carefully.

• Serve as the primary homeowner contact during remodeling projects
