What you'll do

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, orders, and other legal documents
• oversee and analyze discovery
• conduct legal research
• prepare memos and case outlines
• meet with clients, communicate with witnesses, and gather evidence
• guide support staff
• prepare legal strategies under supervision
• advise clients after conferring with the supervising attorney
• represent clients under direct supervision in negotiations, mediation, depositions, and court proceedings
• manage assigned cases and meet court deadlines.
