It supports staff development, staffing coverage, licensing compliance, operational records, and improvements that help the nursery serve children and families consistently.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily direct care operations in line with organizational policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
• monitor staffing coverage, staff-to-child ratios, attendance, timekeeping, and scheduled hours
• lead onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching for direct care employees
• coordinate and track required training and certifications
• identify operational and staffing concerns and recommend improvements to the Program Director
• support safety protocols and trauma-informed care practices
• maintain operational records and assist with reporting, documentation, and licensing preparation.
