What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• patrol the distribution facility, loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• verify authorized entry and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate concerns
• prepare reports and maintain activity logs related to patrols, incidents, access control, and observed conditions.
