What you'll do

• Provide personal care consistent with facility policy
• promote residents’ independence
• report resident status to the charge nurse at the beginning and end of shifts
• contribute to care plans and implement them as directed
• observe, report, and document resident conditions
• follow safe lifting and transfer procedures
• keep equipment clean and functional
• perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
