Facility Manager

Job overview

The Facility Manager role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; emergency restoration work may require after-hours availability, including weekends or holidays. Compensation is $40,000–$60,000 per year. The role maintains the facility, fleet, and equipment used by Paul Davis Restoration’s emergency response teams.

What you'll do

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• manage repair and maintenance budgets and vendors
• ensure chemical storage and safety documentation meet OSHA requirements
• manage deliveries and inventory
• and oversee equipment readiness and repairs. Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, registrations, and repairs, manage fleet budgets, and provide transport or problem-solving support for major projects and after-hours on-call teams when needed.
