What you'll do

• Coordinate internal and external audits and examinations
• distribute and track review requests and submit information by deadlines
• assist with Qualified Written Requests, Notices of Errors, and Requests for Information
• research mortgage loan records and compile documentation
• prepare written customer responses
• support regulatory examinations and audits
• maintain compliance, risk, and audit ratings
• create reports and dashboards and monitor processes for issues.
