What you'll do

• Develop project-specific quality plans
• conduct jobsite visits, inspections, and audits
• identify and resolve quality issues with project teams
• facilitate pre-installation meetings and mock-up reviews
• train and coach project teams
• coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• address deficiencies and corrective action plans
• analyze quality data and report trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• maintain knowledge of construction codes and standards
• support operational leadership.
