What you'll do

• Ensure patient testing is scheduled, performed, and documented
• ensure supplies are ordered and physician appointments are scheduled correctly
• perform patient work-ups as needed
• answer patient questions and telephone inquiries
• act as surgeon scribe
• assist with office procedures and injections as needed
• maintain patient flow and clinic inventory
• follow up on insurance verifications and authorizations
• support, train, and mentor technicians and scribes.
