The Before and After School Program Group Leader Substitute role is onsite at various Norman Public Schools sites in Norman, OK. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m. Pay is $15 per hour. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to engage students beyond the school day. The substitute leads students through daily curriculum activities, prioritizes child safety, and helps maintain an organized, inclusive environment. The role supports students’ learning and development while building relationships with children, families, teammates, and school staff.

• Lead groups through daily curriculum activities in world languages, STEAM, fitness, maker activities, and arts

Why this role
