What you'll do

• Lead, train, and coach leasing consultants
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• oversee prospect follow-up, tours, and applications
• monitor leases and renewals
• develop marketing strategies and maintain the marketing calendar
• oversee social media and community communications
• conduct market surveys and recommend pricing adjustments
• prepare leasing and marketing reports
• support move-in planning, resident retention, and budgeting coordination.
