What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and other assigned care
• assist with ambulation and transfers using appropriate devices and body mechanics
• support use of hearing aids and glasses
• assist with treatments delegated by a registered nurse
• observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
• encourage and escort residents to activities
• provide reassurance and redirection
• complete daily documentation and attend assigned in-service training.
