What you'll do

• Oversee and lead practice managers across regional hospitals. Partner on staffing, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, training, and human resources. Build relationships with managing veterinarians and incorporate their feedback and goals. Review financial and non-financial reports, develop improvement plans, and lead post-acquisition integration. Travel to practices four days per week, with one office day
• practice visits may extend to five days as needed.
