Sales and Brand Growth Manager

The Sales and Brand Growth Manager role is onsite in Louisville, KY, with full-time employment and flexible scheduling outside required events. Compensation is $21–$25 per hour. The manager supports sales growth, brand presence, and community relationships across Chick-fil-A’s three restaurant locations. The role develops and carries out marketing and community engagement initiatives that encourage transactions and create guest experiences. It builds relationships with local organizations, coordinates events and fundraising, identifies catering opportunities, and creates customer appreciation moments in restaurants and the community.
