The Phlebotomist II — Float role is onsite in Hollywood, FL, with listed pay of $918–$983.20 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Saturday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM. Floaters travel between multiple sites and may be assigned to a doctor’s office or patient service center as business needs dictate. The role collects and prepares blood specimens for laboratory testing while providing patients with clear explanations and a safe, accurate collection experience. It also supports reliable specimen processing through patient identity verification, documentation, and adherence to established procedures and confidentiality requirements.

What you'll do

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing
• explain procedures to patients
• perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing
• verify patient demographics and signatures and confirm labels in the patient’s presence
• maintain records and documentation
• maintain a safe, professional environment
• travel between multiple sites and cover patient service center or in-office locations with minimal notice.
