What you'll do

• Lead EHR implementation planning, execution, testing, training, deployment, and transition to operations
• maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
• coordinate IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and vendors
• manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• lead governance meetings and report status
• support organizational change management, user adoption, and training
• ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder approval
• maintain project documentation and team communications.
