What you'll do

• Clean interior and exterior property areas
• collect trash and maintain grounds
• vacuum, mop, shampoo floors, and stock bathrooms
• assist with work orders, furniture moves, and supply storage
• support apartment make-ready and turnover
• assist with pool maintenance when applicable and pressure washing
• operate facility equipment safely
• keep shops and storage areas organized.
