The Spanish-Speaking Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite across Broward County, FL, with pay of $15–$25 per hour. Right at Home provides personal care services to older adults in Broward County communities. The role supports clients with personal care and daily activities, including mobility, meals, light household tasks, and medication reminders. Caregivers observe and report changes in clients’ conditions and maintain care documentation; additional tasks such as taking vital signs may be assigned when the caregiver is trained and designated.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide safe transfer and mobility assistance
• prepare meals and assist with eating
• perform light household tasks
• remind clients to take medications
• observe and report changes in client condition
• maintain care documentation. If trained and assigned, take vital signs, assist with range-of-motion exercises, and help with mobility equipment.
