Inside Loan Officer — Private Lending / BPL / DSCR

What you'll do

• Originate and close high-volume loans
• maintain and grow an established book of business and investor relationships
• self-source business and convert company-provided leads into additional production
• manage CRM and pipeline
• establish value, address objections, and follow up
• own client opportunities through closing
• attend industry conventions and conferences, host investor and client events, and attend local investor meetups weekly
• develop repeat and referral business.
