The General Manager — Restaurant Operations role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. The salary range is $85,000–$110,000 per year, plus monthly profit share. Sixty Vines brings wine-country-inspired cuisine, wine on tap, and craft cocktails together, with a stated focus on reimagining wine culture while reducing its carbon footprint. The General Manager leads restaurant operations, financial performance, leadership development, and the Guest experience. The role develops the team, oversees service and operational standards, and works with culinary and bar leaders to deliver the restaurant’s food and wine experience.

What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and financial performance
• create and adjust operating plans
• drive sales and manage costs
• oversee labor forecasting and scheduling
• partner with the Chef de Cuisine and Bar Manager
• develop, train, and retain team members and managers
• oversee service, culinary, wine, facility, and Guest-experience standards
• ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety requirements.
