What you'll do

• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
• oversee month-end close, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and financial accuracy
• advance Lean Accounting and value stream costing
• identify process inefficiencies and implement automation and system improvements
• partner with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain on inventory accuracy, BOM integrity, and production reporting
• optimize ERP processes and reporting
• provide financial insights for operational decisions.
