Vice President of Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing role is onsite in Tampa, FL, five days per week. Compensation is $90,800–$173,300 per year, plus a 25% target bonus opportunity tied to the department scorecard. AFC is a transportation and logistics company moving freight nationwide through asset and brokerage operations. As AFC’s first marketing vice president, this leader builds the marketing function across AFC Transport and AFC Logistics. The role connects marketing activity to pipeline, driver applications, and revenue while establishing strategy, team capacity, and measurable campaign attribution.
