What you'll do

• Maintain inventory and track waste
• manage cash controls, deposits, and invoice review
• conduct table visits

• monitor service speed and product quality
• coach and train team members
• review restaurant results and uphold operational and brand standards. Higher levels may independently run shifts, manage staffing and inventory, complete food orders, control food costs, and mentor junior shift managers.
