The Licensed Veterinary Technician — Arnold Veterinary Hospital role is onsite in Arnold, MD. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, depending on licensure and experience. The role provides nursing care, supports diagnostics and surgery, administers prescribed treatments, maintains records and supplies, and educates clients to support safe, consistent care.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients, including IV catheter placement, CRI management, medication administration, client education, and monitoring
• prepare, monitor, and recover surgical patients
• assist with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
• perform laboratory diagnostics
• operate radiology and ultrasound equipment
• maintain controlled-drug logs and medical records
• educate clients
• maintain treatment and surgical areas
• monitor inventory
• assist with training unlicensed staff.
