What you'll do

• Support daily living skills such as housekeeping, cooking, hygiene, and self-administration of medications
• learn each person’s Life Plan and provide positive behavior support and role modeling
• collaborate on personal goals
• transport and record medical appointments and community activities
• administer and chart medications accurately.
