Make Ready Technician – Multifamily

What you'll do

• Inspect vacated apartments and report make-ready needs
• assist with unit cleaning and trash-out
• maintain community grounds and deliver notices
• perform general maintenance and repairs to lights, locks, faucets, appliances, doors, blinds, fans, windows, and shelving
• patch and paint walls, inspect tiles, change A/C filters, and operate carpet-cleaning equipment
• assist with appliance repairs and transfers
• document inspections and repairs
• report supply needs
• follow safety and property standards.
