What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day technical support
• install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other equipment
• assist with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, server, and network administration
• manage user accounts and access
• troubleshoot connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues
• install software and updates
• document systems and troubleshooting
• assist with backups and recovery
• respond to support requests
• support senior staff on upgrades and projects
• and visit client sites when onsite support is needed.
