What you'll do

• Prepare construction estimates and submit bids
• review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing
• analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
• identify risks, exclusions, and cost impacts
• research labor, equipment, and material costs
• coordinate with project management, operations, subcontractors, and suppliers
• maintain estimating documentation
• participate in pre-bid meetings and project reviews
• support business development and operations during bidding.
