Make Ready Technician / Maintenance Technician

The Make Ready Technician / Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lawton, OK, with stated pay of $18–$21 per hour. The position supports apartment communities managed by Lynco Properties. The technician completes maintenance work orders and prepares vacant apartments for move-in while maintaining community grounds, common areas, and amenities. What you'll do

• Complete work orders and community maintenance
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including painting and replacing fixtures, appliances, and plumbing
• follow the make-ready board and manager direction
• enter occupied apartments to perform repairs
• complete repairs and replacements needed for occupancy
• order maintenance materials with Property Manager approval
• complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks
• follow company safety procedures
• be available for on-call work and weekend availability.
