What you'll do

• Lead and support employees during shifts
• work cooking-line and cashier stations
• oversee preparation and shift readiness
• create employee schedules
• manage inventory and product orders
• monitor product levels, food quality, and basic cost controls
• recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop employees
• address performance and workplace concerns
• partner with the General Manager and HR on staffing decisions
• maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• troubleshoot shift issues.
