What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day sales support for Hyperia
• support sales activities and follow-up
• create estimates and quotations and convert them into sales orders
• manage order dates and information
• use QuickBooks, Method CRM, and Microsoft Office
• communicate with customers, representatives, and internal departments
• coordinate order status with operations and production
• assemble and ship product literature and sample kits
• maintain accurate records
• provide backup support for the flagpole business when needed.
