Sanitation Specialist, Food Production

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, floors, surfaces, walls, kitchen, break rooms, restrooms, and office areas
• check and restock supplies
• complete relevant food safety and quality documentation
• report food safety and quality problems
• follow the Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan, and related programs
• take necessary action on observed or reported issues.
