What you'll do

• Manage tenant relationships, rent collection, inspections, move-ins, lease administration, renewals, and move-outs
• coordinate vendors, emergency response, and preventive maintenance
• oversee work orders, bids, service contracts, and internal audit requirements
• prepare operating budgets and reports, approve payable invoices, and manage receivables
• coordinate tenant improvement projects
• ensure building-code and life-safety compliance
• hire, train, supervise, and develop property staff.
