What you'll do

• Oversee assigned properties and portfolios
• review financial reports and prepare owner reports
• serve as a key client contact
• supervise and develop operations and property management leaders
• prepare and monitor budgets
• inspect communities quarterly
• address resident concerns
• review leases, contracts, and property records
• prepare sites for regulatory inspections
• ensure compliance with fair housing and applicable laws
• travel to portfolio properties and be available outside traditional weekday hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
