What you'll do

• Make outbound collections calls for store locations
• conduct welcome calls for new customers
• support delinquency prevention campaigns and other outreach
• follow compliance scripts and communication standards
• resolve complex account situations or escalate them
• provide courteous customer-focused assistance
• participate in meetings, coaching, and training.
