Chief Operating Officer

This work is intended to strengthen service delivery and organizational capacity while allowing the CEO to focus on strategic leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operational functions across assigned departments
• translate strategic goals into operating plans and measurable outcomes
• establish leadership, planning, performance-review, and KPI-reporting cadences
• standardize workflows and accountability
• identify operational barriers and lead corrective action
• develop operational leaders
• oversee compliance and audit readiness
• monitor documentation, EVV, authorizations, billing controls, incidents, complaints, and quality indicators
• escalate material risks.
