What you'll do

• Assist walk-in applicants with applications and related documents
• conduct group orientations
• provide applicant and front-desk customer service
• ensure accuracy of hiring forms
• enter weekly payroll information
• conduct screenings and reference checks as needed
• evaluate candidate skills
• communicate job expectations
• maintain client relationships and accurate assignment records
• resolve client-order issues
• visit client sites
• coach or counsel service employees when necessary
• support staffing coverage and cross-training.
