What you'll do

• Provide hemodialysis care
• initiate, monitor, and discontinue treatments
• assess patients before and after treatment
• respond to complications
• administer prescribed medications
• provide vascular access care
• process specimens and assist with transfusions as applicable
• develop care plans
• educate patients and families
• document care
• follow safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements
• support quality improvement, staff training, equipment upkeep, and inventory.
