General Manager, Property Restoration & Construction

Job overview

The General Manager, Property Restoration & Construction role is onsite in Nashville, TN, with 20% travel required. Base salary is $135,000–$150,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. The role leads operations across MAK Holdings’ restoration, construction, environmental services, and specialty trades platform. The role exists to translate ownership’s strategy into accountable daily operations and scale the property services business. It owns operational execution and financial performance while developing managers, standardizing project practices, and supporting customer retention and commercial growth.

What you'll do

• Own full P&L accountability
• translate ownership strategy into daily operations
• implement operating systems, SOPs, and performance scorecards
• mentor and hold department managers accountable
• standardize job costing, WIP tracking, and estimating
• optimize field resources and scheduling
• support customer retention and commercial relationships.
