EMS is expanding its Community Based Services into Texas, including Skills Training & Development for children and adults. The director will establish and oversee Texas services, develop staffing and operating procedures, supervise staff, and provide direct clinical care. The role supports compliant service delivery and the program’s growth in Texas.

What you'll do

• Establish Texas services, including state applications, licensing, policies, procedures, and staffing
• follow up on referrals and complete assessments
• assign cases and maintain client care
• support service authorizations
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
• facilitate team meetings and group supervision
• provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy
• review treatment plans and progress notes
• oversee records, compliance, and chart audits
• support marketing and operational compliance.
