Behavior Technician (Center-Based) - Spanish Speaking

This role supports the Centria Autism department, which is dedicated to providing specialized care and intervention for children with autism. The role exists to provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children, implementing plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. By utilizing evidence-based techniques, the technician helps children develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills while working to reduce interfering behaviors.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, provide one-on-one support to children with autism, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and collaborate with BCBAs.
