What you'll do

• Inspect wind turbine blades for damage and maintenance needs
• perform sanding, filling, laminating, patching, finishing, and leading-edge protection repairs
• follow PPE and fall-protection requirements
• assist with job-site analysis and hazard assessments
• work with Tech 3 leaders to meet schedule and quality standards
• assist with training Tech 1 technicians
• document repairs, materials, equipment, inspections, and blade condition.
