Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Gary, IN, and pays $26–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Inspect facilities for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, and other deficiencies
• plan and complete repairs and improvements
• recommend upgrades
• develop project scopes, budgets, and cost estimates
• coordinate renovations and subcontractors
• evaluate bids, schedules, timelines, specifications, and quality. Hands-on work may include drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, concrete, carpentry, and tile.
