What you'll do

• Develop and enforce medication-use policies and procedures

• maintain accountability for dispensed medications and controlled substances
• supervise pharmacy personnel and staffing
• support staff education
• ensure regulatory compliance
• contribute to pharmacy strategy and quality improvement
• assume staff pharmacist duties when needed.
