What you'll do

• Answer incoming service inquiries and greet visitors
• schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
• coordinate questions with department personnel
• follow up on phone and internet service leads
• make outbound calls about upcoming appointments and services due
• help customers choose vehicle service scheduling options and answer basic questions about pricing, duration, warranty coverage, and service packages
• maintain paperwork and records
• track loaner vehicles
• confirm special-order parts
• provide administrative assistance.
