Caregiver, CNA or PCA

Job overview

The Caregiver, CNA or PCA role is onsite, serving clients throughout Apex, NC, with care locations also listed in Cary, Raleigh, Holly Springs, and Morrisville. Pay is $16 per hour. Assisting Hands of Cary provides in-home support to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Caregivers provide companionship and personal care, assist with meals and mobility, and help clients with daily needs and errands. They document care during each shift and support clients' well-being in their homes; CNA certification is a plus but is not required.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, feeding if needed, mobility, and fall prevention
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders
• transport clients to appointments and errands
• document care provided during each shift.
