• Prepare and serve meals for residents and guests according to menus and dietary needs
• follow recipes, portion and presentation standards
• handle and store food safely
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• operate equipment safely
• support wait staff as needed
• follow HACCP and Wisconsin Food Code requirements
• and report concerns to the Chef Supervisor or management.
