What you'll do

• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of onsite staff
• guide leasing, marketing, financial, administrative, and operational activities
• set goals and coach team members
• manage relationships with external partners and community leaders
• establish and manage the property budget
• oversee collection of rents and fees, expenses, invoices, and reporting
• conduct financial reforecasts and plan capital needs
• oversee rent strategy, renewals, sales, marketing, outreach, and CRM use
• support resident relations and resolve or delegate resident issues
• oversee resident events and move-ins
• lead maintenance programs, inspect the community, and ensure safety and emergency systems are functioning.
