What you'll do

• Respond promptly to buyer calls, texts, and emails
• help clients determine offer prices and assist through closing
• refine buyer criteria and select homes to show
• identify properties that fit clients’ criteria and budgets
• coordinate timely showings with buyers, listing agents, and sellers
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, and closings
• provide prompt feedback.
