What you'll do

• Advise clients on procurement and vendor prequalification
• assess bids and make recommendations
• manage project estimates, value engineering, and risk assessments
• prepare and present cost reports and forecasts
• maintain commercial risk registers
• manage payment assessments, change orders, invoicing, final accounts, audits, and closeouts
• benchmark performance and document lessons learned.
